MEDIATION
In my law practice I saw that conflicts could rise to such high levels, and lead to many emotions, bad relationships and unnecessary costs. This was an important reason to start Quist Legal & Mediation.
Parties that are involved in a conflict can employ me to solve their dispute. It is very worthwhile to try and solve a conflict by mediation, saving a lot of time and costs, as compared to a legal procedure. In addition, the underlying causes and interests of the parties, can be discussed during a mediation appointment, after which it should be easier to proceed.
